The group usually meets every Tuesday, during term time, and a small charge is made to cover the cost of hall rental, and includes a tea/coffee/biscuit break.

There is plenty of parking and buses run regularly outside; the Community Centre is next door to the Coop store. This will be a great chance to give Tai Chi a try and learn about the much recommended benefits.

Loose, comfortable clothing is recommended and soft, flat shoes.
